Digital Senior Account Manager

Supporting the senior team, your role of Digital Senior Account Manager is to oversee the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their potential.

Client contact is key, not only in delivering their immediate digital requirements, but in exploring and growing digital opportunities, with knowledge and expertise from across the agency.

In managing the client services team, you are responsible for the delegation of work-flow, ensuring that processes are followed and maintaining the quality of briefs. In addition to this your input in aiding the senior team in personal development plans will be valued.

Client Services

  • Day-to-day management of clients’ digital requirements
  • Regular communication with senior team
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages the team to perform at their very best
  • Delegation of work-flow through Account Handling and into Studio
  • Maintaining processes, quality of briefings and project management
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients

Administration

  • Monthly forecasts and preparation of management accounts
  • Reporting monthly figures to senior team
  • Ensuring that POs and invoices are raised by the team on time
  • Monthly targets are communicated to the team and met
  • Organisation of weekly team WIP and Reqs

Skills and Knowledge

  • A solid background in digital communications and marketing
  • Understanding of the digital landscape, emerging technologies and their role in online communication
  • Continually striving to develop current skill set and knowledge
  • Ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy and growing team
  • Attention to detail, both budgetary and work quality
  • A persuasive and confident approach to digital projects

Junior Account Manager

There is an exciting opportunity to support one of the agency’s key accounts in all aspects of the daily running and servicing of their wide portfolio of FMCG brands.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will have experience of working on integrated client accounts, demonstrating a knowledge of both traditional marketing techniques and digital activity.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business and sector
  • Foster a productive relationship between the agency and the client
  • Communicate client’s needs clearly, accurately and empathetically
  • Help coordinate all campaign activities to ensure successful delivery of client requirements to timescales and budgets
  • Write and prepare briefing documents
  • Manage workflow though the various delivery teams in studio, development and social media
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all account administration, including, job bags, job numbers, POs, contact and status reports, schedules and invoicing
  • Working with the Account Manager to accurately estimate and ensure all relevant detail is included

Skills and Knowledge

  • A background in marketing and digital communications

Front end web developer

Absolute requirements

  • 2 years experience as a front end web developer
  • Strong HTML, CSS and jQuery markup skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate well
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time
  • Problem solving mindset

Preferable

  • Experience developing WordPress themes
  • Basic PHP knowledge (for basic WordPress configuration)
  • Domain configuration
  • Server configuration through control panels (cPanel and Plesk)
  • Worked within a web agency or as freelance web developer

  • 2 years experience coding PHP
