Ponderosa continue work with homeless charity Simon on the Streets
We have helped the homeless charity Simon on the Streets raise awareness to the issue by creating hard hitting campaigns.
Working in collaboration with McGrath O’Toole, we have created some great awareness campaigns for the charity. The latest campaign saw iconic blue plaques placed around key locations in Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield. The blue plaques inspired by real life case studies, highlighted the increased mortality rates of people sleeping rough.
Simon on the Streets Clive Sandle continued: “I’m delighted with the concept and have been ever since it was first presented to me. We find that storytelling and case studies are often the best way to engage our stakeholders, including both donators and volunteers.
“We’re already experiencing increased interest in our work and are even using the plaques as the basis of a social media scavenger hunt.”
