We’re looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Executive to take a leading role in conceptualising, creating and executing best in class social strategies and content for our clients. You’ll be working closely with teams from across the business – including creative, account handling and digital teams to ensure the best outcome for all clients.
As well as managing the social media output for clients you’ll also take a leadership role within the team, supporting in the development of other execs through sharing your knowledge of the social world and contributing your expertise and ideas to their work.
The role includes
Demonstrating a knowledge of your clients’ business, market and brand to independently create and execute tailored social media strategies – from long-term strategy setting and roadmap creation down to monthly and weekly plans
Ensuring you are making the most of opportunities including proactively joining relevant wider social conversations and also supporting offline activity via social channels
Managing paid advertising campaigns and ensuring the best possible results are generated
Reporting on results in a way that champions our work and proactively advising clients on the results of these
Creating proposals for existing and new clients
Keeping up to date with the social world and sharing relevant trends or changes
You’ll also have an awareness of financials for your clients and will be delivering against these
You should be passionate about social media and brands, and able to think creatively, while also displaying great attention to detail when executing activity.
As with many agency roles, the job is fast paced but incredibly rewarding. We’d expect you to have 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency, but are open to candidates with varied experience.
